Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within the United States

  • Standard Shipping Time: 7–10 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Standard International Shipping Time: 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times can vary by destination and may be extended due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or holidays.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Wrong Address and Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived:

  • For U.S. orders: Please wait at least 10 business days from the shipment date.

  • For international orders: Please wait at least 14 business days from the shipment date.

Then contact us at ian92@kinetiqmotion.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
