Late Delivery / No-Show Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 35 days of the shipment date, you may be eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund for a late or missing order, please:

  1. Confirm that 35 days have passed since you received your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Check with your local post office or delivery provider and verify that the package is not being held or awaiting pickup.

  3. Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and “Late Delivery Refund” in the subject line.

Once we verify that the package has not been delivered, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

  • This policy does not apply if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

  • This policy does not apply if the carrier tracking shows the order as “Delivered.”

  • Severe disruptions outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, etc.) may extend delivery times; in those cases, we’ll communicate updates and options.
