Orders & Shipping
1. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our U.S. warehouses so you get your Kinetiq Motion products as quickly as possible.
2. Which countries do you ship to?
Right now we ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding international shipping; join our email list for updates.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and carrier speed.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and address. We occasionally offer free‑shipping promotions; those will be clearly shown on site and at checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link to follow your package in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
6. What is your return policy?
If something isn’t working for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
7. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email our support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with simple instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
8. Are any items final sale?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products like sleeping aids or opened recovery products may be final sale and not eligible for return. Any final‑sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Banks typically take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

10. Are your products safe to use with my current training routine?
Our products are designed to support performance, sleep, and recovery, but they’re not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, recovery tool, or intense training plan, especially if you have a medical condition.
11. How do I choose the right product for my goals?
Start by identifying your primary goal: performance (fitness), better sleep (sleeping aid), faster recovery, or everyday comfort (apparel). Each product page explains who it’s best for and how to use it; you can also contact us with your routine and we’ll help you pick a stack.
12. How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your apparel performing well, we recommend machine wash cold with similar colors, no bleach or fabric softener, and lay flat or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing logos or printed areas.
13. Do your recovery products really improve recovery?
Recovery tools and garments can help reduce soreness, support circulation, and make it easier to move well in your next session, especially when combined with sleep, hydration, and smart training.
14. Can I use your sleeping aids every night?
Our sleep‑support products are made for regular use, but everyone responds differently. Start with the lowest recommended amount, monitor how you feel, and talk to your doctor if you have any sleep disorders, are pregnant, or take prescription medications.

18. How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it, but we’ll help with returns if needed.
